Terms of Service

Process

As of right now I limit myself to 1-2 large projects at a time so I don't get overwhelmed. First I need to approve your character and agree to take your commission; this is done through private message. I'll give you a quote and a general timeline of when I plan to start working on your suit (e.g. 2025 Q3). From here, after receiving a first deposit, I'll meet with you to discuss character requirements, styling, fur colors and lengths, and other needs for the commission. Once I start working on your suit I post WIP pictures in my public telegram channel and also send them to you privately for discussion to make sure I'm going in the right direction. Once the suit is complete and you have given me your final payment, we will determine how best to get the suit to you!

Payment and Refunds

If I've approved your commission, I do not require payment to start planning out the suit and meeting with you to determine an accurate quote. In order for me to start working on the suit, I require a 40% deposit of the quote, and the latter 60% is required upon completion of the suit. This deposit will be refundable until I start ordering materials or working on the suit. After I start working on the suit it will be non-refundable.

Deadlines and Time Estimates

I spend a long time making these, I likely won't be done in a couple of months. I am very meticulous and plan things out heavily to make sure they are up to par with the level of quality I want to offer, and the style that I go for. As a result, I will not take deadlines but I will give a rough estimate of when I would like to have the project done by. Regular communication from you is encouraged as that helps keep me motivated, but please do not rush me.

Delivery And Collection

I'm based in Boston Massachusetts, when your suit is completed you have a few options for receiving it.

  • Pickup at a local event or convention I attend

  • Travel to me to pick it up directly

  • I ship the suit to you (with an airtag for an additional fee)

NSFW Policy (SPH and parts)

If you would like an sph, sheath, bits, etc I am more than happy to accomodate those requests. It will just require some more discussion to determine pricing and I will need some information from you to determine placement.

Other

I will only work with people over the age of 21. Additionally please be flexible with me as this is a new venture. A cat used to live in my work space so if you are allergic please let me know.
